Baby Care Pack

Community health workers in India are vital to the wellbeing of newborns and their mothers. Working with expecting mothers, they provide newborn care kits to educate them on the importance of nutritious food and how to properly care for their newborn.

Maternal Health Care is just one of the priority areas we work in as part of Save the Children’s Global Neighbours program which this Little Helper supports. This program helps children around the world, ensuring they are safe, healthy, well-fed and educated.

What are Little Helpers?

Little Helpers cards represent activities carried out in Save the Children projects in Australia and overseas. Each donation will assist Save the Children Australia in providing children with valuable support in the areas of education, health and emergency relief.

The Baby Care Pack card represents Save the Children’s work around the world as part of our Global Neighbours program. The purchase of this card may not directly provide a Baby Care Pack to mothers but will be used by Save the Children to fund health, education, and child protection programs for disadvantaged children and young people in countries such as Australia, Vanuatu, Laos, Nepal and Solomon Islands.
