Using the online shop

The Save the Children online shop accepts Credit Cards only - Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.

Ordering not using the Internet

If you do not wish to order online, you can print an order form and send it to us. Simply fill in your contact details, order information and payment details. You can post, fax, email or phone to complete your order by:

Currency

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and unless specified, include GST. However, donations are GST free.

Prices are subject to change and sometimes without notice but we do our best to avoid that.

Minimum order

There is no minimum order because we want to make it as easy for you to shop as possible.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

For delivery within Australia, online orders incur a postage and handling fee which is calculated using the Australian Post calculator. It is based on the dimensions of product, weight and delivery destination.

Orders by post and over the phone are subject to a freight cost based on a bracketed system. You can refer to the order form for this breakdown.

Fulfilment

We do our absolute best to turn your order around within 48 hours of our receiving it. 

Should a product be discontinued or no longer available we will contact you by email or phone to organise an alternative or refund if appropriate. If for any reason you do not receive your order within 7 days of posting it, please feel free to contact us on the numbers above.

Products are only available until stocks last.

At this point we aren't quite ready for overseas orders but nothing is impossible.  Just give us a call and we'll work it out for you.
